Reset Your Password {computer}

Forgot your password? No problem. Here are the steps to get back in the game.

Steps:

1.   On the login screen click the "Forgot Password?" link.

2.   On the next screen enter your email address associated with your account and click "Continue".

We will send you instructions in an email to reset your password. 

Having trouble finding your "Reset your password" email?

If you are having trouble finding the email to reset your password, check your junk or spam email folders. If you have not received an email, you can either:

• • Submit a help ticket by clicking the "help" at the bottom of this page.
    • •    
  • Send an email to "[e-mail]".
    • Include:
      • Your Name
      • contact preference (text/call/email)
      • company
      • brief message "How we can help?"

3.   Open the "Reset your password" email and click the orange button or click the URL link provided.

4.   Enter a new password and click "Reset Password" button.

It is suggested when a new password is created to make it secure, however not easily forgotten. A strong password should include a combination of upper/lower case letters, numbers, and at least one special character (!, @, $, %, ^, &, *, +, #).

5.   If you have successfully reset your password. Go back to the home page of fieldPulse by clicking this link: field-pulse.inerg.io/home.
